Shipping & Orders
We offer worldwide shipping. Whether you are in India or anywhere across the globe, a piece of Natya can reach your doorstep.
· Domestic (India): We offer complimentary shipping on all orders above 3500 INR.
· International: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the shipment and the destination country.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link from our courier partners (DHL, FedEx, or BlueDart). You can also log into your Natya account to view your order status.
We usually ship within 7-10 working days. For bespoke orders or pre-ordered weaves, timelines may vary and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Browsing & Shopping Online
Handloom is a slow art, and many of our pieces are unique. However, please contact our team—we can often check if another unit is in production or suggest a similar masterpiece from our current collection.
At Natya, we use professional photography to capture the true essence of our fabrics. However, due to the hand-dyed nature of the yarns and variations in digital screens, slight color variations may occur. This is a hallmark of an authentic, artisanal product.
All prices on our website include GST for domestic orders. For international orders, any customs duties or local taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Care & Maintenance
We recommend professional dry cleaning for all our silks. For detailed, fabric-specific care tips—ranging from Heirloom Kanjeevarams to Linens—please refer to our Natya Fabric Care.
For heavy silks like Kanjeevarams and Banarasis, hanging is not recommended for long periods as it can stress the fibers. We suggest storing them folded in our Natya Saree Bags or on a sari roll.
Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your Natya purchase. If you wish to exchange a product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that customized products (with tassels or blouse stitching) are not eligible for exchange.
Natya Gifting
Absolutely. We take great pride in our packaging. We can include a handwritten note and gift-wrap your selection in our signature Natya box to make the recipient feel truly special.
