RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

At Natya, each sari is carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure the highest quality standards.

As our products are handcrafted and limited in nature, we offer exchanges only in cases where the product received has a genuine manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transit.

To request an exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video and clear photographs of the defect/damage must be shared.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note:

  • We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons related to personal preference, colour variation due to screen settings, or change of mind.
  • Minor irregularities in weave, texture, or zari are characteristic of handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects.

Natya reserves the right to assess and approve exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.
