RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
At Natya, every piece is thoughtfully curated and often handcrafted. We request you to review the policy below before placing an order.
Exchanges
•Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
•Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
•Customized products (including blouse stitching, tassels, alterations, or gift personalization) are not eligible for exchange.
Refunds
•Refunds are applicable only in cases of damaged or incorrect products received.
•Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
•Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
No Returns / No Refunds
•Products purchased during sales or special promotions.
•Customized or altered products.
•Minor color or weave variations due to handloom and screen differences.
