2. Handcrafted & Handwoven Products

All products sold at Natya Weaves are handcrafted and handwoven. Minor variations in color, weave, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handloom products and should not be considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST for domestic orders.

Full payment is required at the time of checkout. Payments are securely processed through Razorpay.

4. Order Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 7–10 working days, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customization Policy

Products involving customization such as blouse stitching, tassels, alterations, fall/pico work, or personalized gifting are made specifically as per customer instructions.

Customized products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
